About Us

I believe that everyone should try yoga as part of their personal wellness journey

Who am I?

After spending a long time seeking meaning and change in my life, and curious about the potential of the human body, I became fascinated by how the mind and body could combine to promote mental and physical well-being.

In 2007 I began practising yoga and after 8 enlightening years I headed to India where it’s thought monks started the practice over 5000 years ago. Once there, I attended Oceanic Yoga school and in 2015 became a fully certified yoga teacher.

Although I’m Manchester-based, as well as more traditional in-person sessions I now teach yoga online which has introduced me to many lovely clients worldwide.

Through these experiences I’ve caught a few moments of the vastness, the universal love, and those moments of truth which have lead me to more training, more sharing of the yoga practice, and a deeper level of understanding of myself and others.

Having trained in one of the world’s most renowned teaching institutes, recognised by the Yoga Alliance USA, I am delighted to have the following Certifications and Accreditations:

200 hours Teacher Training, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Oceanic Yoga India.

What Makes Me Stand Out

The many physical and mental benefits of practising yoga have led me to believe that everyone should try yoga as part of their personal wellness journey.

My style of yoga suits everyone, from those involved in sports disciplines, rehabilitation from injury or illness, injury prevention, and people with disabilities to, of course, a spiritual practice.

I try to bring a little fun to my classes as life can sometimes be serious and yoga doesn’t have to be – and as your first class is free, you can easily to see how you feel with me online or in your own home.

I know that it can be daunting starting something new, and especially to have someone in your home, but from your first class you will feel totally at ease and safe in the space I create for you to start your yoga practice. (Check out my testimonials.)
